Training Plan - Week 22 - May 25 to 31


No 'serious' races this week. There is another Deeside Time Trial on Tuesday night but I am not counting that as it is basically just a very fast and technical TT bike training session. It would be good to put in a decent 10-mile time, but I will be happy with a slower time as a future target if the weather is not great. 

The lack of races means I can just crack on with a huge training week instead. Should double my bike target this week and be well over run and swim miles as well. 


Monday - Reps run.
Core session.
Swim with TPT.

Tuesday - Deeside Thistle 10-mile Time Trial. 
Yoga session.

Wednesday - Easy run or bike. 
Longer swim at Knockburn. 3 laps?
Weights and core sessions.

Thursday - Kintore Thursday.
Stretching session.

Friday - Easy jog.
Yoga session.

Saturday - Rest day?

Sunday - Kintore Sunday.

Target totals - Swim 2.4 miles. Bike 35.0 miles. Run 13.0 miles. 2 short core, 1 short light weights and 2 short stretching sessions. 60 mins of yoga.
