2010 I only did the novice race.
2011 was the week after my breakdown, I swam and then had anxiety problems on the bike and had to quit after about 500m.
2012 I finished but my times from it are so slow as to be incomparable to my current form.
2013 I didn't even take part, just went along and took some photos.
2014 I swam well enough but was suffering from fatigue and made a common sense decision to quit about 4 miles into the bike.
So basically my target for 2015 is just to get round the whole course without any problems.
This is my last chance this year to get my 750m target of 12:30. It is a fast pool so I am going to try and attack the swim.
