Once again I am writing this plan slightly too early. Without knowing how I get on at Knockburn Standard, I can't really predict what state I am going to be in at the start of the week and how much I am going to have to spend recovering in order to race again at Westhill on Sunday. I could end up dumping the entire week to try and recover.
I have planned to go to Garlogie on Tuesday for the Deeside Time Trial. It is 10-miles on a course I have already raced at the start of this year. Hopefully the weather will not consist of a huge wind so I will be looking to beat my 26:42 from my first attempt in May. I should be under 26 minutes if the weather conditions are decent and I can recover from Sunday.
Also my running S-curve was built on my race season slowing down from here so back up to a target of 12 miles this week.

Tuesday - DTCC TT 10 miles.
Yoga session.
Wednesday - Reps run.
Swim at Knockburn.
Weights and core sessions.
Thursday - Kintore Thursday session?
Stretching session.
Friday - Yoga session.
Easy run.
Saturday - Stretching session.
Yoga session.
Sunday - Westhill Sprint Triathlon.
Target totals - Swim 2.4 miles. Bike 35.0 miles. Run 12.0 miles. 2 short core, 1 short light weights and 2 short stretching sessions. 60 mins of yoga.
