From there I then have 3 weeks until my next race, which is a novice distance, and another month until Huntly Standard. Hopefully somewhere in that gap I can get enough of a rest to clear my current fatigue problems and get in some decent training.
Despite being exhausted and having knee problems the rest of the plan for this week is fairly heavy as I have a long ride on Wednesday. If I keep both Kintore rides this will mean a huge bike week. That then means trying to cram all my running and the rest of my swimming into Friday and Saturday.
Some of this will almost certainly have to drop out, just a matter of moving things based on how I feel each day.
Monday - Core session.
Swim with TPT.
Tuesday - DTCC TT 9 miles. Target <26mins.
Yoga session.
Wednesday - Long ride.
Weights and core sessions.
Thursday - Kintore Thursday session.
Stretching session.
Friday - Run / Swim Run.
Easy run.
Saturday - Long run.
Yoga session.
Sunday - Kintore ride.
Target totals - Swim 2.4 miles. Bike 35.0 miles. Run 12.0 miles. 2 short core, 1 short light weights and 2 short stretching sessions. 60 mins of yoga.
